Best TVs for HDR Gaming of 2022

Every 4k TV has HDR support, but support only means the TV can accept HDR metadata. That doesn't necessarily mean it will render HDR content as intended with deep blacks and vibrant colors.

To accurately reproduce HDR content, the TV must be able to be brighter and display more saturated colors than SDR (see our HDR vs SDR article learn more about the differences with HDR). Good contrast and full-array local dimming are also important for HDR.
